Olha Andriivna Boiko was born on July 20, 2000, in the village of Chernytsia, Brody district, Lviv region.

In 2006, she began her studies at the Chernytsia Secondary School, which she successfully completed.

In 2015, she entered the Brody Pedagogical College named after Markiian Shashkevych, specializing in “Labor Education and Informatics,” where she studied until 2019.

In parallel with her studies, Olha started her professional career:

• 2015–2016 — waitress at “Zarba” bar;

• 2017–2018 — barista at “Sova” café;

• summer 2018 — camp counselor at “Zmina” children’s camp;

• 2019 (6 months) — bartender-waitress at the summer terrace “Zhyve Pyvo”;

• 2019–2020 — barista at the “Aroma Kava” coffee chain;

• 2020 (2 months) — senior barista at the same chain;

• 2021–2022 — sushi chef at “Miso” sushi bar;

• 2022–2023 — bartender at “Valentino” restaurant;

• from 2023 to present — senior bartender at “Valentino” restaurant.

Since 2024, Olha Boiko has joined the team of the Ukrainian School of Hospitality, where she holds the position of Head of the “Barista School” and Manager of Consulting Programs.

In this role, Olha has established herself as a highly qualified specialist who combines deep knowledge of coffee culture with strong management skills. Her work includes:

  • developing training programs for baristas at various levels;
  • conducting trainings and practical masterclasses on coffee preparation and service;
  • creating quality standards for customer service in cafés and restaurants;
  • consulting HoReCa businesses on bar operations, process optimization, and staff efficiency;
  • implementing modern training methodologies, including innovative equipment and the latest coffee industry trends.

Olha is distinguished by her strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and talent for motivating teams. She combines systematic work with a creative approach, enabling her to create unique educational products and help businesses improve their level of service.
