We are proud to partner with PU "UVWA" — an organization that makes a significant contribution to the development of the hospitality sector and wine culture in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Viticulture and Winemaking Association (UVWA) is a community of producers, viticulturists, scientists, and experts that unites traditions and experience with future technologies, shaping a modern ecosystem of Ukrainian winemaking.
The association is working to build a modern, transparent, and digital "from vine to glass" ecosystem where traditions meet innovation, and Ukrainian wine gains well-deserved recognition, consumer trust, and a competitive position in the global market.
Experience in the HoReCa Sector
One of the key areas of UVWA's activity is its close cooperation with the Ukrainian Wine Academy "Sommelier School 'Master Class'" (wines.org.ua) — the first sommelier school in Ukraine, founded in 2000, operating under the auspices of the NGO "All-Ukrainian Association of Winemakers and Sommeliers."
This collaboration includes:
• Co-organizing professional competitions (e.g., "Best Taster of Ukraine," "Wine Battle – Choice of Cavistes and Sommeliers");
• Hosting tasting events and festivals;
• Implementing educational projects and promoting Ukrainian wine.
Such initiatives help improve the qualifications of specialists, promote micro-winemaking, and cultivate a high level of wine culture within the HoReCa sector, as well as jointly represent Ukraine on international platforms.
