-preparation of 4 separate flavors of espresso;

- how to make the right espresso;

-setting the right espresso;

- selection of milk (what to pay attention to);

- preparation of correctly/incorrectly whipped milk;

- preparation of all milk drinks from the menu (the difference between them);

- latte art (basics of correct latte art, and basic drawings);

- ending the working day with coffee equipment;
