Professor Maria Paska is the head of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business at the Ivan Bobersky Lviv State University of Physical Culture, the head of the “Technologies and Innovations in Horeca” department at the Ukrainian School of Hospitality. Academician of the Academy of Sciences of Higher Education of Ukraine in the Department of Biology – for the second time she has joined the team of independent tasters of Favorite Food&Drinks.
Favorite Food & Drinks is the only international tasting competition in Ukraine, the purpose of which is to identify high-quality food products and provide them with added value. The professional tasting commission is made up of independent and highly qualified specialists, represented by the head of the department of hotel and restaurant business, Professor Maria Paska.
As an independent expert, the tasting commission will conduct a "blind" evaluation of the organoleptic indicators of food products in all product categories (nominations). After all, the Favorite Food&Drinks Awards certify impeccable quality and original tastes, attract the attention of buyers and are useful in nutrition.
