On October 29, 2025, higher education graduates of the "Tourism" specialty of the Mykolaiv National Agrarian University took part in the forum "Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business: New Opportunities for Youth".
The event was held as part of a joint project of UNICEF and the NGO "April 10th" with the support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the state development bank KfW.
The program included speeches by leading specialists in the tourism and hotel and restaurant industry:
Anastasia Cherneva, who shared her experience of digital communications in the tourism sector;
Oksana Kamaletdinova, who spoke about current trends in the development of tourism in Ukraine;
Mykhailo Sheveliuk, who focused on issues of personnel management and challenges in the hotel and restaurant sector;
Oleg Bubko, who presented practical examples of innovations in the tourism business.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions, join discussions and take part in informal communication with speakers during the coffee break. The event ended with a solemn summing up and awarding certificates
Participation in the forum became an important stage of professional growth for students, a source of inspiration and new ideas for development in the field of tourism and hospitality.
