A few days ago, these future professionals enjoyed an exclusive tour of one of the most exquisite establishments in our city — the "Swiss" Hotel.
Our guide behind the scenes of premium service was hospitality expert Mykhailo Sheveliuk. During the excursion, he showed the youth exactly how the modern hotel business operates:
