On October 29, 2025, applicants for the specialties "Hotel and Restaurant Business" and "Tourism and Recreation" took an active part in the forum "Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Business: New Opportunities for Youth".
The event brought together students, teachers and business representatives who shared a modern vision of the development of the hospitality industry in Ukraine.
Thus, at the forum, Anastasia Chernyeva spoke about digital communications in the field of tourism and hotel and restaurant business, shared her own experience, practical cases and life hacks on how to effectively build a personal brand in a digital environment.
Oksana Kamaletdinova spoke about current trends in the development of tourism in Ukraine, focusing on the challenges and prospects of the profession.
Mykhailo Sheveliuk raised the topic of the development of the hotel and restaurant sector, personnel management, and industry challenges.
Oleg Bubko presented innovative approaches in the tourism and restaurant business, emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement and creative thinking.
The forum was held as part of a joint project of UNICEF and the NGO "April 10th" with the support of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) through the state development bank KfW.
It was held in a friendly and warm atmosphere, the applicants not only listened to the speeches, but also actively participated in the discussion, asked questions, received professional advice and inspiration for further development in the hospitality industry.
Such meetings motivate young people for professional growth, broaden their outlook and help them see new opportunities in the field of tourism and the hotel and restaurant business.
