On November 4, 2025, a guest lecture was held on the topic: “How to create a service that is memorable at first glance”, where the students of the OPP “Hotel and Restaurant Business”, the guarantor of the OPP, Assoc. I.The following issues were discussed: 10 most interesting international practices in the field of hospitality; Personalization of service for the guest; Freedom of action of the staff; Warm welcome and final farewell; Storytelling; Sense of place and authenticity; Interactive and additional activities; ILEAD system, etc. We thank the organizers of VTEI for the opportunity to improve.
