Lviv — October 31, 2025.
On Friday evening, TULIP Residences Lviv - the first aparthotel under the TULIP Hotels & Residences brand in Ukraine, operating within the international Louvre Hotels Group - hosted a private opening event.
The project, developed in Lviv, marks an important milestone for the hospitality industry, as the space was designed and adapted for guests with disabilities, fully aligning with the principles of inclusion and accessibility.

Location and Concept
The hotel is located at 24A Panasa Myrna Street, Lviv.
The property features 73 modern apartments equipped with kitchenettes, a TULIP Café, business and meeting spaces, an underground parking area, and specially designed floors for guests with disabilities.
The TULIP brand positions itself as a hybrid concept combining living, working, and leisure - a flexible model tailored for both short and long stays.
Participation of the Ukrainian School of Hospitality
The event was attended by Ms. Olha Boiko, a manager representing the Ukrainian School of Hospitality.
She personally inspected the reception area, apartments, and shared spaces, paying special attention to accessibility solutions - from wide doorways and adapted bathrooms to a service system that ensures comfort for guests with various needs.
Ms. Boiko noted:
“This hotel demonstrates that hospitality in Ukraine can truly be inclusive.
Every detail of the space is designed so that each guest — regardless of ability - feels comfortable and respected.”

Impressions from the Event
A correspondent from the School described her arrival:
“I arrived by taxi - the route took a bit longer due to a weak internet connection in the area.
Yet the building was easy to recognize: beautifully illuminated with clear signage.
Automatic doors, a spacious reception - upon greeting, I was offered a glass of sparkling wine at the TULIP , setting a welcoming tone for the evening.”
Following the official ceremony, a presentation of an art piece took place - a painting gifted to the hotel by an artist and installed at the reception area. Guests could observe the handover process.
The catering zone offered a wide selection of appetizers and beverages at the welcome reception, creating a warm yet professional atmosphere.

Accessibility and Inclusive Design - Practical Implementation
- Availability of Accessible Rooms equipped for guests with limited mobility: roll-in showers, lowered sinks, and handrails.
- Underground parking and barrier-free entrances - essential for guests with disabilities or heavy luggage.
- Common areas (reception, café) designed for maneuverability, ergonomic layout, and staff attentiveness.

Significance for Ukraine’s Hospitality Industry
The opening of TULIP Residences Lviv is more than the launch of a new hotel - it represents a shift in hospitality standards in Ukraine.
The Louvre Hotels Group selected Lviv as its entry point into the Ukrainian market - a strong signal of confidence in the city’s tourism and service potential.
For the Ukrainian School of Hospitality, this project serves as a valuable case study, emphasizing that inclusion and guest-centered service must become a fundamental part of every hospitality strategy.

Event Details
The private evening event began at 6:30 p.m.
The program included an official presentation, introductions to the management team, the ceremonial presentation of the art piece, a buffet reception, and informal networking among guests.
