The world doesn't stand still, and neither do approaches to hospitality and education! To provide our students with the most up-to-date knowledge and meet modern challenges, we are constantly improving.
We are proud to announce that the Head of our Hospitality School, Mykhailo Sheveliuk, participated in the large-scale educational conference "Innovating Education: a new generation in new realities," held on May 2, 2026.
This significant event was organized by the Genesis IT product ecosystem, with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. Following the intensive training, Mykhailo Sheveliuk successfully completed the 15-hour program (0.5 ECTS credits), which is confirmed by a certificate.
What was the program about, and why is it important for our students?
The main focus of the event was on how to effectively teach the new generation of students (Generation Z and Alpha) in the context of modern realities, the rapid development of technology, and artificial intelligence. Key topics covered by our Head included:
• Adapting training courses to modern realities and dynamic labor market demands.
• Developing critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence in the era of AI.
• Integrating the socio-emotional component into education.
• Internal resilience of educators and working with students in conditions of constant change.
What does this mean for the Hospitality School?
